Oonagh lives in Bangor ,and has been painting for almost 30 years, she is a Diploma Holder in the Ulster Society of Woman Artists, and is also a member of the Ulster Watercolour Society.She paints in watercolours, acrylics, and also in mixed media ,a wide variety of subjects, from flowers, still Iife subjects to landscapes and abstracts. Colour, light and pattern are important features in her work.
The art of Paul Klee, Bonnard, Kandinsky, Barbara Rae, and Gillian Ayers, have all inspired her work.She regularly goes to art workshops both here and in mainland Britain.
